I took Wilton classes from Sue Wright starting in April 1995. I enjoyed it so much and took the other two classes, too. Sue then took me to a Day of Sharing in October and that Is when I joined ICES. People at work asked me what I would charge to make them a cake, since I was taking my class cakes to work for them to eat and I was shocked that people were wanting to pay me for doing something I loved doing for fun. It is such a stress relief for me! I have met such wonderful friends at our meetings and conventions and I keep learning more and more. I even entered a wedding cake at the State Fair for the first time last year and won second place!
