Gail started decorating July 2002 with her sons wedding, and became a member of ICES in September 2002. Gail attended her first convention in 2004 in Washington DC. She's attended every Convention since and has had display cakes at 3 of the Conventions. She attended her first mid-year meeting February 2007. Gail is the Newsletter Editor for the Tennessee Confection Connection. She has demonstrated at the Tennessee Day Of Sharing events, and has taken Classes With Nicholas Lodge, Collette Peters and Elizabeth Parvu.
