Cordially invite you to join us in the Decorated Cake Competition on September 10, 2009 at the Fairgrounds in Nashville. The Tennessee Chapter of ICES is working with the State Fair this year, and with your help we can have one of the largest competitions ever held in the State of Tennessee.

We have made it easier than ever to participate this year. For your convenience, you will be able to register on-line beginning July 1st, www.tennesseestatefair.org . The DEADLINE for registration is September 1st.

We have several demonstrations planned. There will be authors autographing cake related books. And this year, for the first time, we will have a huge Sugar Art Display Area for those of you who want to share but are not interested in a competition. If you are in business you can display your business card with your display piece. So enter as many displays as you choose.
